It will also invest in companies with exceptional cultures, good business and growth ahead of them. The difference is that Resilience will invest only in companies in mature stages of growth, with stable margins and more visibility on future earnings. We believe that this way it will have less volatility than the current funds.<\/p>\n<p>Conviction and Focus have had very sharp declines in 2021 and 2022 as a result of exposure to early stage growth companies that are not yet generating stable earnings (they reinvest everything they generate for growth). The market currently values these companies at very low prices (most are at their lowest multiples since they were first listed).
