We launched a new fund: Rolnik Resilience.

On November 11, we launched our third fund, Rolnik Resilience FI, where you can now invest.

Resilience will follow the same philosophy as our current funds, Conviction and Focus. It will also invest in companies with exceptional cultures, good business and growth ahead of them. The difference is that Resilience will invest only in companies in mature stages of growth, with stable margins and more visibility on future earnings. We believe that this way it will have less volatility than the current funds.

Conviction and Focus have had very sharp declines in 2021 and 2022 as a result of exposure to early stage growth companies that are not yet generating stable earnings (they reinvest everything they generate for growth). The market currently values these companies at very low prices (most are at their lowest multiples since they were first listed). We think the upside potential is extremely high in the two current funds, but we are aware that some investors prefer lower volatility, even if that means more moderate potentials.
