Jaime founded Rolnik in 2019 to multiply the Owners’ resources and drive the idea that we can all be owners of quality businesses. He’s Rolnik’s CEO and head of the investment team. After confirming the impact of company culture on the long-term performance of companies, he developed Rolnik’s investment thesis: Culture Investing.

Jaime began investing in listed companies in 2008. From 2014 to 2021 he advised the management of Legiox SIL (SICAV with the highest returns in Spain in 2020 and tenth in 2019) and Rolnik Capital SIL (third SICAV in 2020 and eleventh in 2019). Rolnik was the fourth most profitable asset manager in Spain in 2023.

Alfonso joined Rolnik’s investment team in 2020. His work consists of analyzing new companies, performing follow-up analysis of companies already in the funds, and designing and improving the financial models used by Rolnik to estimate investment returns.

He began his career in the investment team at Diana Capital and later joined the investment banking team at Alantra, where he advised on operations in Spain and Portugal. Alfonso holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA charter) designation.

Antonio joined Rolnik in 2021 to set up a platform for dialogue with Owners and to bring the message that everyone can be an Owner to the widest possible audience. Among other tasks, he oversees Rolnik’s content creation and distribution, trying to make the investing experience more informative, interesting and fun.

Before Rolnik, Antonio was head of digital marketing and data at Warner Bros. Spain and Italy. There he worked on the release of more than 100 movies such as Joker or Dune, managing an online community of millions of movie fans.

Alejandra started working with Jaime in 2017 and participated in the incorporation of Rolnik in 2019. She is responsible for facilitating the investment process for Owners and managing the relationship with Rolnik’s suppliers.

Before Rolnik, Alejandra was Director of Operations at Eres Relocation, where she led employee onboarding processes for multinationals in the European Union and the United States.

Antonio joined the team in 2020 as the operations manager for Rolnik’s funds. He oversees the execution of fund operations and leads the relationship with the custodian bank and brokerage firms.

His previous experience includes similar functions and risk management at Horos Asset Management, and Accenture, where he was in charge of the operations of Bankinter’s funds and SICAVs.

Ana joined Rolnik in 2020, taking responsibility for legal matters. Among other functions, she coordinates and supervises the proper functioning of regulatory compliance, data protection, internal auditing and risk management. Like in investing, her approach is long-term, so she always seeks to anticipate future needs when implementing preventive measures.

Prior to Rolnik, Ana worked in the legal departments of Soy Olivia Media Group, and Banco Santander. In both companies she gained extensive experience in the development of new customer protection models.
