Jaime founded Rolnik in 2019 to multiply the Owners' resources and drive the idea that we can all be owners of quality businesses. He's Rolnik's CEO and head of the investment team. After confirming the impact of company culture on the long-term performance of companies, he developed Rolnik's investment thesis: Culture Investing. Jaime began investing in listed companies in 2008. From 2014 to 2021 he advised the management of Legiox SIL (SICAV with the highest returns in Spain in 2020 and tenth in 2019) and Rolnik Capital SIL (third SICAV in 2020 and eleventh in 2019). Rolnik was the fourth most profitable asset manager in Spain in 2023.

Alfonso Wicke.

Analyst.

Alfonso joined Rolnik's investment team in 2020. His work consists of analyzing new companies, performing follow-up analysis of companies already in the funds, and designing and improving the financial models used by Rolnik to estimate investment returns. He began his career in the investment team at Diana Capital and later joined the investment banking team at Alantra, where he advised on operations in Spain and Portugal. Alfonso holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA charter) designation.
